Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

- Users should join on time.
- Rescheduling requests should be submitted before the scheduled session and are subject to availability.
- Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
- Refunds shall be governed by the Refund Policy available on the website.
