Section 1

Our Commitment

At ITR Clinic, every Live Filing session reserves dedicated time with our tax experts.

Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our professionals while maintaining transparency.

Section 2

Eligible for Refund

A customer may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Duplicate payment for the same booking.
Payment successfully debited but booking was not confirmed due to a technical issue.
ITR Clinic is unable to provide the booked service due to our operational reasons.
Session cancelled by ITR Clinic and an alternative slot is not accepted by the customer.

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method.

Section 3

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will generally not be available if:

The Live Filing session has already started.
The Income Tax Return has been filed successfully.
The customer fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice.
Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
The customer changes their mind after the filing process has begun.
The customer purchases Taxश्री AI Credits (credits are non-refundable once added to the account).

Section 4

Rescheduling

Customers who are unable to attend a scheduled session should contact us before the scheduled time.

Subject to availability, we will make reasonable efforts to provide another suitable slot.

Rescheduling is generally preferred over cancellation wherever possible.

Section 5

Payment Failures

If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed due to a technical issue:

Please contact our support team.
We will verify the transaction.
If payment is received without a confirmed booking, we will either confirm the booking or initiate a refund, as appropriate.

Section 6

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
We will keep you informed regarding the status of your refund request.

Taxश्री AI Credits

Free promotional credits have no monetary value.

Purchased Taxश्री AI Credits are generally non-refundable once successfully credited to the customer's account, except where required by applicable law.
